Leaf
Vintage Our
« Moulin du Bleu Argent » Leaf Vintage is a highly aromatic
premium virgin olive oil with undertones of plant to the nose and palette.
Its primary characteristic is an aroma made of springtime artichoke, green
pepper and green plants. The olive varieties used are Picholine, Verdale,
Cayon et Tanche, selected in the heart of olive orchards throughout the
Gard, Vaucluse and Drôme areas. The olives are picked by hand when
they are green or changing color, green and purplish. The olives are immediately
processed at the Mill. |
